I am a Breast, Endocrine, Laparoscopic and General Surgeon with more than 10 years of surgical experience, and I have been based in Canberra for over 7 years. I believe in a holistic and individualized approach, tailoring treatment to each patient’s needs. My practice includes both private and public patients. Hospital procedures: I perform operations that require a general anaesthetic in a hospital. Day procedures under local anaesthetic: Many conditions can be safely treated in my clinic without the need for hospital admission. These include skin cancers, cysts, lipomas, keloids, ingrown toenails, vasectomies, circumcisions, carpal tunnel release, ganglion excisions, and removal of accessory breast tissue. As a Breast and Endocrine subspecialist, I treat breast cancer with a wide range of surgical techniques, including breast-conserving surgery, reconstruction, and reduction procedures. I also perform thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal surgery. As a General and Laparoscopic Surgeon, I perform hernia repairs (both open and keyhole), abdominal wall reconstructions, and haemorrhoids surgery including HAL-RAR. I am actively involved in multidisciplinary team meetings for breast, skin, sarcoma, and thyroid cancers at Canberra Hospital. I place a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and I am committed to teaching and mentoring junior doctors.
